3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ez77 platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited. ez77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances, wagers, and winnings in the event multiple accounts are identified as belonging to a single individual.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

Bank transfer deposits via BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank are subject to standard inter-bank processing times. ez77 does not accept deposits from third parties — all deposits must originate from a payment account held in your registered name.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in order of submission, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes during active operating hours. 4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ez77 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Players may not use the ez77 platform as a mechanism for transferring funds. Any suspected misuse of the platform for money laundering or related financial crimes will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ez77 are subject to the specific terms associated with each promotion, which will be communicated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all ez77 promotional offers unless otherwise specified:

In all cases, ez77's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your ez77 account at the time the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by Philippine law.

ez77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormancy policy);
• Instruction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon account closure for reasons attributable to player breach of these Terms, ez77 reserves the right to withhold any pending balance pending investigation. Legitimate balances on dormant accounts closed under the inactivity policy will be held in trust for a period of three years, during which time the account holder may contact [email protected] to claim the balance subject to identity verification.

ez77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
